REFUND POLICY

At Misevis.com, we are committed to providing high-quality downloadable music and MP3s. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a music file (MP3 or other formats) is downloaded, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

*Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The file you purchased was not successfully delivered or downloaded.

  • You received a defective or corrupted file.

If you encounter these issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at kevin@misevis.com. Be sure to include your order details and a description of the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Purchases made in error.

  • Compatibility issues with your device or software.

  • Dissatisfaction with the content once downloaded.
